Reliability of delivery

To provide our service reliably, ISOWA GmbH requires absolutely punctual delivery on the date stipulated in the order. Packaging and/or shipping specifications must be observed at all times. If it is foreseeable that the required delivery date cannot be adhered to, Purchasing must be notified immediately. The reasons leading to the delivery delay must be investigated and remedied. In emergencies, all possible measures are to be taken to ensure the specified delivery deadline can be maintained. 
Competitors

Should ISOWA GmbH Purchasing be offered more favourable prices from competitors for important, high-sales products, existing suppliers will be given the opportunity to review their prices.
