The partnership began more than 20 years ago as part of the successful realisation of a complex project for an absolute TOP supplier to the automotive industry.
The shared sense of achievement in the early days, namely the fully automatic bonding of an elastic foam tape to the demanding component substrate with a challenging geometry after initial difficulties, ultimately to the complete satisfaction of the customer, is the reason for the close cooperation.
Since then, we have unreservedly recommended Vulkan Technic as a competent supplier of systems for fully automatic foam tape application.
Single-sided adhesive foam and profile tapes are used to seal doors and windows, as dust seals in switch cabinets, for sound insulation, in the sheet metal processing industry and in many other applications.
There are also many different areas of application for technical foams in the automotive industry. Water, temperatures and noise (sound) must be either included or excluded, while at the same time meeting aesthetic requirements.
In order to meet the constantly changing requirements for safe and durable bonding, Vulkan Technic provides support with integrated system solutions to harmonise process reliability and cost-effectiveness. Apart from the actual bonding process, the company goes one step further and considers the entire process. Together with the customer, a concept is defined that can later be perfectly integrated into the existing production environment.
